omg wtf? I thought I knew sumthin 'bout computers
This blog is driving me nuts. I have been trying to fix the layout for a couple of months now. It all started when I decided to use a new template. The "about me" & "followers" got bumped down to the bottom below everything else. So I tinkered with it, moved the little blocks around on the layout page... still it would revert back and bump the stuff to the bottom. Now today, I tried changing the template again and Voila! it's working fine and I was able to get the info back up to the sidebar. Yay! Why? How? Hell if I know. Geez....

Glimmer of a Work at Home Job - A Real One!
For months now, I have been working on working - at home. Where to start? I had no idea. I surfed the Internet and found lots of things that seemed fishy, scammy, spammy, and blatant rip-off-ish. I knew I had skills to offer that could put me to work while I stayed home. The first bright spot came when the Texas Workforce Commission sent me a notice of a job opening for a home-based Customer Service position. I didn't get hired, but it confirmed my instinct that there were real work-at-home jobs out there.
This post begins a series I'll be writing about my journey from beginning to the present. The ins and outs of a 40-something woman determined to find a viable, legitimate way to work from home and contribute to the support of my family.
